Sonder Digital LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates sniffandslide.com. By accessing or purchasing from this Site, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from this Site. By entering this site, you represent that you are at least 21 years old.

2. Product Description & Intended Use

Sniff & Slide products are spring-loaded pendant dispensers designed exclusively for:

  • Dried herbs
  • Botanical blends
  • Herbal snuff

Our products are intended for use with legal substances only. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use our products:

  • For any illegal purpose or substance
  • In violation of any applicable law
  • To inhale or deliver any substance not intended for inhalation
  • In any manner that could harm minors

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of violating these terms.

4. Medical Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

  • Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
  • We take no position as to the benefits or detriments of herbal or botanical use
  • We disclaim and forever discharge any liability for side effects or issues arising from use of products with our dispensers
  • The FDA has not evaluated products designed to be used with Sniff & Slide products
  • We make no claim as to any benefits from the use of any products used with our dispensers

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing: 3 business days or less
  • Shipping: US domestic only
  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to carrier

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Window: 14 days from delivery
  • Condition: Unused, unopened, in original packaging only
  • Process: Contact rex@sniffandslide.com for authorization
  • Refund: Original payment method minus return shipping
  • Exclusions: Used or opened items cannot be returned

7. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on site materials is at your own risk. We reserve the right to correct errors, change pricing, or cancel orders at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
